What types of business photos do you offer?
We photograph business portraits, employee photos, work scenes, corporate reportages on location, executive portraits and group pictures. We also create photo series for websites, employer brandingrecruiting, PR and social media.
How does a typical business shoot work for you?
After a joint consultation with you, we develop an individual image concept and a concrete list of motifs. On the day of the shoot, we work efficiently and in a structured manner according to the agreed briefing – with clear instructions for everyone involved and the people portrayed. Our goal: authentic, high-quality images that match the visual identity of your company.
What is the best way for us as a company to prepare for the photo shoot?
We provide you with a compact checklist in advance – tailored to your project – and tips on internal communication. And we support you in planning outfits, clothing, location and time management – for a smooth and enjoyable shoot
Can you support us in developing an image concept?
Yes, this is a central component of our work. Together with you, we develop a visual concept that strengthens your brand and fits harmoniously into your communication channels.
Do you also offer standardized portraits for large teams?
Yes, if desired.
Consistency in lighting, perspective and background is particularly important to us, especially when it comes to reproducing the same image look time and time again. For this purpose, we bring a mobile set-up with us to ensure a consistent look on location.
How much time should we allow per person for employee portraits?
Experience has shown that we plan approx. 10-15 minutes per person. For executives or individual portraits, a little more time may be useful. However, we always agree the exact schedule with you in advance.
Do we receive the photos in web and print resolution?
Yes, you will receive all final edited images both in optimized web resolution (webp) and in a high-resolution version (jpg) for print and PR.
What rights of use are included in your offer?
Our offers generally include the unrestricted use of the images for internal and external company communication – e.g. website, social media, PR, print products and presentations.
We will be happy to advise you individually on special uses.
How do you select and process the images?
You will receive a password-protected online gallery in which you can mark your favorites. Here you can also make special requests and comments for editing.
We then edit them professionally – naturally, in line with the brand and with an eye for detail.
Can we order additional photos or post-processing at a later date?
Yes, we archive the image data for at least one year. Additional retouching, alternative image cuts or later extensions are possible at any time.
